About The Position

The licensed plumber performs residential and commercial service and repair work. Services include basic plumbing repairs, water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages, sewer line replacements, and other plumbing services as needed. Technicians use stocked company vans equipped with tools and equipment for most jobs. The company provides training and support to help employees develop their careers, including opportunities to advance into potential leadership roles and access to customized, free training. The position offers year-round work. Pay is based on experience and expertise and includes a $30-per-hour base salary plus commission-based compensation. A sign-on bonus may be offered to the right candidate; the amount depends on license and experience and requires one year of employment.

Requirements

Hold a valid state plumbing license as a Residential or Journeyman Plumber.
Have experience in home and commercial services.
Know current regulations in the plumbing field.
Pass a background check.
Be able to use plumbing tools.
Be in good physical condition.
Have customer service experience.
Pass a drug screen.
Hold a valid state driver's license.
