About The Position

Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing has been serving the Spokane metro area since 2000, known for top-notch service and outstanding customer care. We are looking for a Weekend Residential Plumber to join our team. This role offers a schedule of Saturday-Wednesday, with Saturday/Sunday from 8 am-5 pm and Monday-Wednesday from 12 pm-8 pm. We provide a company-provided truck, phone, iPad, and uniforms. This is an opportunity to advance your career with a leading service company.

Requirements

Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
Ability to guide and train an apprentice
Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement

Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing repairs, including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank-type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
Diagnose plumbing issues and sell repairs to customers.
Guide and train an apprentice.
Utilize an iPad and Service Titan software for service calls.
