About The Position

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, locally owned and operated residential home services company based in South Jersey, serving homeowners throughout the Tri-State area. The company is recruiting local Service Plumbers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues. The role includes presenting repair options and pricing to customers, completing approved repairs in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, collecting payment, and completing paperwork. The position offers $30 to $40 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in writing and orally.
• Technical know-how to use email, invoice software, and similar tools.
• Ability to work a shifted schedule.
• Strong customer service skills, including active listening and relationship building.
• Ability to use personal basic trade-related hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Pride in going the extra mile for customers.
