About The Position

All Phase Electric, now an Ace Hardware Home Services company, is hiring a Residential Service Electrician to diagnose and repair electrical problems in residential and commercial applications. The work is varied and may include commercial and residential projects, new construction, service calls, generators, audio/video systems, security systems, bucket truck work, streetlights, and electric vehicle chargers. Requirements

• At least 2 years of electrical experience, preferably in residential service work.
• Extensive rough wire experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 3 continuous years immediately preceding the application date.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements.
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, planning, equipment maintenance, basic safety, and technical understanding skills.
• Attention to detail, quality focus, customer service, thoroughness, and cleanliness.
• Ability to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Ability to pull wires and cables through conduits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Lutron lighting systems.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or another app-based service program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical problems by troubleshooting systems and conducting tests.
• Repair electrical problems by replacing faulty parts and components.
• Maintain electrical systems by conducting system tests and completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Follow safety standards and procedures and comply with applicable codes.
• Keep job knowledge current by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
• Complete related duties that support maintenance and organization.
• Ensure the work location is clean at the end of each day.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
