Requirements

• At least three years of residential electrical experience.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions and ability to pass a DMV check.
• Demonstrated track record of residential electrical service.
• Strong service-sales aptitude, including the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and confidently recommend solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, advanced social skills, and ability to make solid connections.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
• Strong desire to improve as a technician.
• Competitive individual contributor who also enjoys working as part of a team.

• Experience using ServiceTitan is highly desirable.
• Strong technical and computer skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Complete general residential electrical in-home service calls.
• Evaluate electrical systems to diagnose issues, identify safety concerns, and spot code violations.
• Use a consultative, value-based sales approach to educate customers and recommend upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and system reliability.
• Build rapport with customers and ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing financing options and maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems.
• Understand service criteria and remain accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Present professionally and knowledgeably to earn referrals and repeat business.
• Work with customer service and dispatch to support overall business success.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
• Participate in training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.
