The ideal candidate can troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, communicate clearly, build trust with homeowners, and confidently recommend solutions that improve safety, reliability, and long-term value. This role is a strong fit for an electrician comfortable talking with clients, presenting options, and helping people make informed decisions in a consultative manner. Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of residential electrical service experience
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
• Sales or in-home service experience with the ability to communicate options and recommendations in a clear, honest, and helpful way
• A proven ability to build trust with clients and create a great service experience
• A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing technical development
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and safety standards
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• A people-first mindset with excellent client service skills
• The ability to work independently while staying efficient, accurate, and process-driven

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of residential electrical systems and components
• Perform electrical inspections and identify safety hazards, code violations, and performance issues
• Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options in a way that helps homeowners make informed decisions
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, switches, and other residential systems
• Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, and surge protection installations
• Safely complete electrical work in accordance with NEC and all local codes
• Deliver a world-class client experience through strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Educate homeowners on electrical safety, energy efficiency, and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
