About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is hiring Residential Sales Design Consultants for the Central Indiana territory. Design Consultants attend pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and present window and door replacement solutions, providing homeowners with the information needed to make a same-day decision. This is a strong one-call-close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.

The role is full-time, commission-based, and includes paid training. The company is seeking motivated sales professionals for a training class beginning in November 2026. Compensation is uncapped commission, with stated annual earnings of $100,000 to $250,000 or more. Consultants can also receive continued coaching and mentorship and may compete for an annual sales trip.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be comfortable traveling up to two hours daily for appointments.
• Be able to lift and carry at least 40–60 pounds of sample materials.
• Be capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Have at least two years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Be willing to learn a structured and proven sales process.
