About The Position

Orkin Sales Inspectors help homeowners protect their homes by inspecting properties and recommending pest-control and related services. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment, sometimes including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
Comfort with climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Enjoy meeting new people and helping solve problems.

Responsibilities

Conduct full-home inspections, from attics to crawl spaces.
Explain inspection findings clearly and recommend appropriate treatment options.
Close sales by presenting the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin services.
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
Work independently, prioritize the schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
