About The Position

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Duluth, Minnesota, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. They set their own hours, build their own routes, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. The work includes traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, briefly and professionally explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data using a mobile web application. Some jobs require roof photos taken with a camera pole. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely service and clear communication. The estimated workload is one working day per week, or four days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
