Residential Property Inspector - International Falls, MN
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in International Falls, Minnesota, to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Contractors set their own hours and routes, may use their own associates, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some applicable jobs require using a camera pole for roof photos. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Work is estimated at 0.5–1 working day per week, or about three days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days to work and how many jobs to accept.
