Residential Property Inspector - Hibbings, MN
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Hibbings, Minnesota, to conduct residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies and clients, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Inspectors travel to properties to complete exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections. The work includes explaining the inspection to homeowners, capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application, and using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs. Inspectors schedule their own appointments for interior and high-value inspections and provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Compensation is per completed inspection, paid monthly. Work is estimated at one working day per week or four days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, and contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept.
