Residential Property Inspector - Ashland, KY
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Ashland, Kentucky, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. The role offers flexible scheduling, route planning, and payment per completed inspection, paid monthly. Work includes traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and submitting required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require using a camera pole to take roof photos; contractors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections. Estimated work is 0.5 working days per week or one day per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, according to customer expectations; contractors choose which days and how many jobs to accept.
Requirements
