Residential Property Inspector - Nampa, ID
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Nampa, Idaho to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 contractor role, not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. They set their own hours and routes, are paid per completed inspection, and may use their own associates if they have them. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and capturing required photos and data through a mobile web application. Some jobs require roof photos using a camera pole. Contractors schedule their own appointments for interior or high-value inspections and are expected to provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Work is generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, depending on customer expectations. Estimated availability is 2–3 working days per week, or 8–12 days per month, with contractors deciding which days and how many jobs to accept.
