Residential Property Inspector - Selma, AL
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Selma, AL to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. The Gig involves traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections. Inspectors will have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection, take app-guided photos, and answer property questions through our mobile web application. A camera pole will be used for roof photos. Inspectors will schedule their own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections and are expected to deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.

- Must have own laptop or tablet
- Must have own reliable internet access
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test

- Must be able to get paid per inspection
