Residential Property Inspector - Lincoln, NE
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners and independent contractors in Lincoln, Nebraska, to complete residential property underwriting inspections. This 1099 independent contractor role is not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies, and are responsible for their own taxes and applicable business insurance. The work involves traveling to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, explaining the inspection to homeowners, and recording required photos and data using a mobile web application. Contractors use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs and schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections. Payment is per completed inspection, issued monthly. The posting estimates approximately two working days per week or eight days per month. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; contractors choose which days and how many inspections to accept.
