About The Position

Eliot is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential program for adults with mental illness. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused, evidence-based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Program Manager oversees program operations and service delivery and supervises program staff to ensure high-quality support and services. The role calls for a strong commitment to mental health recovery and strong communication, organizational, and managerial skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and overall service delivery for the residential program.
• Coordinate and direct case management services for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Foster a culture of hope, recovery, and resilience by emphasizing each person’s strengths.
• Hire, train, and supervise program staff in a coaching and team-building environment.
• Facilitate communication within the team and with external supports, including medical services, psychiatric services, care coordination entities, family members, and other involved providers.
