Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in an administrative position

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or higher in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience with the banking or financial industry and residential loans preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process residential mortgage loans under various programs in a quality consistent with all company policies and procedures as well as meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met.
  • Produce loan documents accurately and in a timely manner by using Encompass, LaserPro, or other bank programs.
  • Prepare accurate early disclosures documents and closing documents.
  • Obtains and reviews necessary loan documentation and submits complete packages to underwriting for loan approval.
  • Obtains and verifies that all underwriting conditions are received and cleared by the underwriter and prepares the file for submission to the closing department.
  • Follow-up on missing information when necessary.
  • Review loan files for accuracy.
  • Communicate with loan officers and underwriters to ensure documents are accurate.
  • Communicate with third parties (title companies, employers, buyers, sellers, etc.)
  • Notify the relevant parties when the loan processing is complete.
