About The Position
The Residential Loan Processor is responsible for preparing real estate loan documents, inputting loan applications, coordinating loan closings, obtaining necessary documentation, maintaining pipeline reports, conducting loan closings, and assisting customers and loan officers. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent customer service skills. The position is full-time and on-site at BancFirst Vinita.
Requirements
- Previous real estate mortgage loan experience a must.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.
- Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
- Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department environment.
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of LaserPro loan documentation system.
- Knowledge of DecisionPro application system.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real estate loan documents using LaserPro in accordance with BancFirst Loan Policy & Procedures and Compliance.
- Input loan applications into DecisionPro.
- Coordinate loan closings with title companies.
- Obtain all necessary loan documentation.
- Maintain pipeline report for all loans in process.
- Conduct loan closings for customers.
- Assist customers with various issues by phone and in person.
- Assist loan officers and customers as needed.
- Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned.
