Residential Lead Service Tech
About The Position
Team Bob's is seeking motivated, experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join its heating, cooling, and plumbing service team in Traverse City and surrounding areas. Compensation depends on experience and increases with skills and continued education; experienced technicians have target compensation of $65,000 or more, with a stated pay range of $65,000–$100,000.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HVAC experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
- NATE certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year of hire.

- Boiler experience preferred.
- Geothermal experience preferred.
