About The Position
Team Bob’s is seeking a motivated, experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its team in Traverse City, Michigan. The company has provided heating, cooling, and plumbing services to Traverse City and surrounding areas for over 40 years. The stated pay range is $65,000–$100,000 per year, base plus commission, with experienced technicians’ target compensation of $65,000 or more. The role is full-time. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
- NATE certification, or ability to obtain it within one year of hire.

- Two or more years of HVAC experience preferred.
- Boiler experience preferred.
- Geothermal experience preferred.
