Koch Air is seeking a dynamic Residential Inside Sales Team Leader to join their St. Louis team. This role is central to customer service and sales operations, focusing on leading a team to achieve success. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing customer satisfaction with operational excellence.

Requirements

  • An associate degree or equivalent experience (3+ years) in parts or equipment management.
  • HVAC industry expertise.
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and training abilities to lead a high-performing team.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to convert customer information into accurate sales orders.
  • A positive approach to resolving challenges and enhancing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and inspire the residential inside sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
  • Lead the phone customer service process with professionalism, securing re-orders and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Address customer issues, ensuring a seamless and positive resolution.
  • Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to maintain efficient operations and meet customer needs.
  • Suggest improvements to our Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to the ongoing success of Koch Air’s strategic initiatives.
