About The Position

Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction is expanding in the Wichita market and growing its residential roofing and storm restoration team. We help homeowners through inspections, repairs, replacements, and the insurance claims process, with backend support that allows our sales team to stay focused on closing business and building strong customer relationships. This is a field-based sales leadership opportunity for someone who wants high earning potential, leadership growth, and a clear path to greater responsibility. You will start by building your own production in a high-demand market, then take on more team development responsibility as you prove yourself. For the right person, this is a career move into leadership with uncapped income and a clear progression from Team Leader to Market Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by working residential neighborhoods and identifying homeowners who may need roof inspections, repairs, or replacement services
  • Conduct property inspections and educate homeowners on available solutions; no roofing experience is required and training is provided
  • Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process and help move projects from inspection to signed agreement
  • Close deals with support from internal production, supplement, and insurance processing teams
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members as you build your presence in the Wichita market
  • Lead by example in a performance-driven environment and help improve both individual and team results over time

Benefits

  • Compensation Snapshot $90,000 to $220,000+ per year
