About The Position

Heritage Home Service is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for its Portland, Maine team. Requirements

• Valid Maine Oil Burner License and/or Gas License.
• Previous residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.

Nice To Haves

• EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
