About The Position

One Hour is hiring a full-time residential HVAC Service Technician for its growing Pittsburgh team. The role offers base pay plus uncapped performance incentives, with the potential to earn more than $130,000 annually. The position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems, communicating service findings and options to homeowners, and providing quality workmanship and accurate documentation. Requirements

• Residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete service calls independently.
• EPA 608 Certification, minimum Type II.
• Strong customer communication skills, dependability, and safe work habits.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems.
• Explain findings to homeowners and help them understand repair, maintenance, and replacement options.
• Provide honest recommendations and quality workmanship.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
