About The Position

Step into a high-impact role with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort as a full-time Residential HVAC Sales Consultant in San Antonio, TX. With a performance-based compensation structure ranging from $100,000 to $225,000 annually and a company vehicle provided, you'll be supported to succeed in serving homeowners throughout San Antonio and Boerne. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. You'll dispatch directly from your home to job sites each day, eliminating the need to report to a central office before starting your work. Each day, you will guide customers through their options, deliver top-tier service, and ensure all their questions are answered-both after proposals and following installations. Every interaction will focus on providing great customer care and helping clients find the best comfort solutions for their homes. Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of residential HVAC sales experience
  • Ability to give great customer service
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to answer all customer questions after proposals or installations
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
