About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-performing sales professional with experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, jewelry, or other high-end products to join their team as a Project Consultant. This role involves representing the nation's leading name in premium replacement windows and doors, engaging with homeowners who value quality, design, and performance. The company provides leads, paid training, and benefits, eliminating the need for door-to-door or cold calls. The consultant will meet with homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, and close sales using a proven one-call close approach, with an average annual earning potential of over $150k and uncapped potential. The role requires a commitment to customer service from start to finish, utilizing industry-leading product samples, support, and technology.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
  • Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
