About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-performing sales professional with experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, jewelry, or other high-end products to join their team as a Project Consultant. This role involves representing the nation’s leading name in premium replacement windows and doors, engaging with homeowners who value quality, design, and performance. The position offers a personalized, white-glove customer experience and focuses on closing sales using a proven one-call close approach. The company provides paid training, benefits, and pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for door-to-door or cold calls. Project Consultants will utilize industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing sales and are expected to maintain a commitment to customer service from start to finish.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
• Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
• Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
• Use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
• Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.
