Blue Dot, partnered with American Residential Services (ARS), is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to help homeowners replace and upgrade their heating and air conditioning systems. This role focuses on providing professional consultations and recommending HVAC system solutions based on each customer’s comfort needs. The company provides company-generated warm leads, 3-4 scheduled appointments per day, and an uncapped commission structure. A training salary transitions to a draw once ramp-up is complete. A take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop are provided. Insurance is available after 31 days, including low-cost medical, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA options. Other benefits include 401(k) with company match, 13 days PTO + 8 paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, and ongoing sales training and leadership development.
