About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring a full-time, year-round Residential Heating & Cooling Service Technician. The role pays $60,000–$100,000+ through hourly pay with a commission opportunity. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 may be available based on experience and interview. Multiple day and shift options are available to discuss and choose from. The technician will receive training, professional tools, and support from a leadership network while servicing residential HVAC systems. Requirements

Two years of residential HVAC experience.
EPA certification or the ability to obtain it.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass background and drug screening.
Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
