Requirements
- Established painting crew ( 2–6+ painters minimum )
- Experience in residential exterior painting
- Must have: EIN
- General Liability Insurance ( $1M–$2M )
- Reliable transportation and equipment: Ladders, Sprayers, Basic tools
- Must be able to produce efficiently and maintain quality
Responsibilities
- Follow scope and production schedules
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
- Deliver consistent, high-quality work
- Communicate with Project Manager and team
- Hit production timelines
