About The Position

The Residential Experience Concierge at The Delaney at The Vale is a luxury hospitality-focused role and the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers. The concierge welcomes visitors warmly and professionally, provides ongoing telephone coverage, anticipates residents’ needs, and resolves issues in a way that supports organizational objectives while helping people feel appropriately served. The role also handles package deliveries, prepares maintenance work orders, and assists the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Starting pay is $25–$27 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
1–3 years of experience in a luxury property customer-facing role.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
Tech savvy.
Excellent telephone communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner.
Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
Anticipate residents’ needs.
Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while supporting organizational objectives and ensuring individuals feel appropriately served; prevent difficult situations from escalating.
Accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify the resident recipient.
Prepare maintenance work orders requested by residents and staff.
Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
Complete other assignments as needed.
