About The Position

Stark Exterminators, part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands, is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator. The role involves meeting prospective residential customers at different locations, keeping appointments, following up promptly, and building rapport through networking. The representative surveys homes, estimates pest-control needs, counsels clients on their options, and performs home evaluations that may involve entering tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage. They recommend appropriate services and explain solutions and their benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately, using the company’s trained sales process. The position suits someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outside a desk-based setting, and having varied workdays. A company vehicle is provided.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
