About The Position

Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician to diagnose and repair electrical problems while delivering a complete, customer-focused service call. The electrician will build trust with homeowners, identify appropriate solutions, explain findings, present repair and upgrade options, discuss pricing and financing, and perform approved electrical work. The position offers no on-call duty, a take-home company vehicle, paid training, and strong earning potential.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of electrical service experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Comfort discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeowners.
• Sales-minded, motivated, and driven to produce.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven service process.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Residential service experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run residential electrical service and repair calls.
