Requirements

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair, including effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to perform tasks precisely and thoroughly.
• Motivation to meet goals and targets and exceed expectations.
• Proactive approach to challenges and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and job success.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current Wireman or Journeyman’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Address residential electrical service and warranty calls efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose electrical problems and find timely solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Perform electrical repairs in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and interact with customers professionally and respectfully.
• Follow safe working practices and communicate openly with customers and internal teams.
• Identify and recommend products and solutions that add convenience, safety, and value to customers’ homes and businesses.
