About The Position

Whipple Service Champions is expanding its electrical team and is hiring a Residential Electrician to perform residential electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections for homeowners. The role includes diagnosing electrical issues, completing installations and repair projects, evaluating systems, and recommending improvements to homeowners. Work must comply with job specifications, manufacturer requirements, local electrical codes, and safety and quality standards. The position uses Service Titan to document work performed. Requirements

Progressive electrical experience in residential settings.
Experience in residential repair and installation.
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of safety compliance.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Ability to handle physical workload.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman's or residential license preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections for homeowners.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Install, repair, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, fixtures, and other electrical equipment using industry best practices.
Plan and execute electrical installations in compliance with job specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local electrical codes.
Complete whole-home rewires, panel upgrades, service upgrades, and electrical remodel projects.
Conduct system evaluations and provide homeowners with recommendations to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Document work performed using Service Titan and ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, and to high quality standards.
