Requirements

Progressive electrical experience within residential settings
Journeyman's or residential license preferred
Experience in residential repair and install
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of safety compliance
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Able to handle physical workload

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections for homeowners.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Install, repair, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, circuits, lighting, outlets, switches, fixtures, and other electrical equipment using industry best practices.
Plan and execute electrical installations in compliance with job specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local electrical codes.
Complete whole-home rewires, panel upgrades, service upgrades, and electrical remodel projects.
Conduct thorough system evaluations and provide homeowners with professional recommendations to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Accurately document work performed via Service Titan and ensure all projects are completed safely, correctly, and to the highest quality standards.
