About The Position
Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is hiring an experienced Electrician for 100% residential work with zero on-call requirements. The company has been in business for 19 years, has 70 employees, and is one of the busiest residential shops in metro Milwaukee, offering steady hours and a stable work environment. It is locally owned and owner-led, emphasizing that decisions are made by people within the company, not an out-of-state fund, and that employees will not be pressured to sell unnecessary work. The role involves a variety of tasks including service changes, panel and service upgrades, EV charger installs, and electrical work for home remodels and renovations.
Requirements
- WI Journeyman Electrician license (or close to it)
- Solid residential experience
- Valid driver's license, clean record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug & background check
- Someone who shows up, takes care of the customer, and does clean work
