About The Position

Rediscovery is a group home setting for adolescents specializing in trauma-informed care. It provides 24-hour comprehensive care through clinical, nursing, and direct care staff. The Residential Director oversees the Residential Department alongside senior department members and supports the care and treatment of clients. The role ensures residential systems are followed and completed daily, provides on-call coverage, oversees scheduling and staffing ratios, and makes accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed. The director leads residential meetings and trainings and runs residential shifts when needed. Overtime may be mandated, and the role includes on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Three to five years in a supervisor or management role in a residential or mental health program is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license; transporting clients is required.
• On-call responsibilities and overtime work may be required.
• Must learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to support a safe therapeutic atmosphere.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities
