About The Position
The Residential Care Worker I provides personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients or residents as outlined in their individual treatment plans.
Requirements
- A current Active Certified Residential Medication Aide certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
- A current Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) certification must be obtained within one year of employment.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience working in a residential setting.
