Resident Transport Assistant Per-Diem
About The Position
Fellowship Community is seeking a Resident Transport Assistant to support residents in its senior living community. The role involves preparing residents for activities, transporting them safely to appointments, communicating professionally with healthcare providers, and helping create a warm, respectful environment. The position pays $16–$18 per hour and is per diem. The successful candidate will help maintain residents’ safety and rights, observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, serve snacks, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. If a job offer is extended, applicants must pass a background check and a drug screening conducted at Fellowship Community at the time of the offer.
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift more than 40 pounds and walk, bend, and stand frequently.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Commitment to kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and a pre-hire assessment.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening if a job offer is extended.
