Resident Specialist
About The Position
Peak Management is seeking a Resident Specialist for a soon-to-be-acquired community of more than 650 units in Dallas, Texas. The role involves interacting with prospective and current residents to help achieve maximum occupancy and providing high-quality customer service in a patient, professional, and cooperative manner. The Resident Specialist fosters positive, active, and collaborative relationships with residents and the community through annual, monthly, and weekly functions and events. A solid understanding of Fair Housing is expected, and reliable transportation is required. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Give tours and meet with potential tenants.
