Resident Specialist
About The Position
Peak Management is seeking a Resident Specialist for a soon-to-be-acquired community of more than 650 units in Dallas, Texas. The role interacts directly with prospective and current residents to help achieve maximum occupancy and provides high-quality customer service in a patient, professional, and cooperative manner. The Resident Specialist fosters positive, active, and collaborative relationships with residents and the community through annual, monthly, and weekly resident functions and events. The position requires a solid understanding of Fair Housing and reliable transportation. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to sit for prolonged periods while working at a desk and on a computer.
- Be able to stand and walk, give tours, and meet with potential tenants.
- Be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Be able to traverse properties with stairs and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
