About The Position

EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Resident Manager II to manage a 132-unit affordable family housing community in Pasadena, California. The property is a tax-credit/HUD and Section 8 community, and the manager must live onsite in a three-bedroom unit. The position is directly responsible for the property's fiscal, physical, and social soundness and oversees day-to-day administrative, facilities, and marketing operations.

Requirements

At least 2 years of affordable housing property management experience.
Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA guidelines.
Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.
Must be able to live onsite.
Valid driver's license, clean DMV record, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Collect rent, make bank deposits, prepare and submit rent rolls, and verify income.
Comply with HUD, TCAC, and other applicable regulations.
Maintain the waiting list and prepare and process leases.
Supervise on-site staff of three or more.
Process evictions, conduct annual inspections, and coordinate repairs.
Submit vouchers for HUD properties.
Develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
Address resident concerns and support resident problem solving.
