Resident Engineer

Luster National•Seattle, WA

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool for future Resident Engineer openings supporting large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs. Projects may include highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects delivered through traditional and alternative methods. Scope and complexity vary by experience level. The role may also involve coordinating with the contractor, agency staff, designers, utilities, railroads, and operational groups; overseeing quality, safety, and documentation; and supporting project completion and closeout. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, plus at least five years of applicable experience on large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
