Luster is seeking Resident Engineers at various skill levels for future roles supporting large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs. Projects may include highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater, using traditional and alternative delivery methods. A Resident Engineer runs the field office for an assigned construction contract, administers the contract, oversees inspection staff, and ensures work complies with plans and specifications. The position requires maintaining a thorough record of determinations to support the program if changes or claims arise later. This is a talent-pool posting for upcoming hiring needs, not a specific current opening. Candidates selected for the talent pool will be notified first when a relevant project need arises. Scope and complexity vary with experience level. The expected salary range is $100,000–$180,000 per year ($48–$87 per hour), depending on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and geographic location. The employer may offer an amount outside that range depending on circumstances not related to protected status. Luster is committed to an inclusive work environment and considers qualified applicants without regard to the protected characteristics listed in the posting. Positions may be subject to a background check and drug test following a conditional offer, consistent with applicable regulations. The employer participates in E-Verify. Applicants may contact [email protected] for accommodations during the application process.
