Part-Time Resident Concierge

About The Position

The Resident Concierge is the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, responsible for creating welcoming first impressions and building positive relationships. The role personalizes customer interactions, provides timely assistance, helps foster community, and supports a consistently positive experience in a well-maintained community. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The position may also require working weekends or evenings depending on the shift. It is eligible for additional bonus opportunities and offers a salary range of $19–$21.50 USD.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
