The position offers a salary range of $19–$21.50 USD and eligibility for additional bonus opportunities. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp, professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely, caring assistance to residents and prospects.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive experiences and a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
