The Resident Concierge is the first point of contact for prospective residents and residents returning home. The role focuses on creating strong first impressions, building positive relationships, personalizing interactions, resolving concerns, and helping residents feel at home. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The position may involve additional bonus opportunities and offers a salary range of $24–$25 USD.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
