About The Position

Juniper Communities is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients. The role involves helping clients with daily living activities, providing companionship and support, assisting with medication management, and maintaining accurate care records. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients, their families, team members, and management, and follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Starting pay is $16 per hour, and daily pay is available.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages.
• Compassionate and patient personality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and support, including engaging clients in activities and conversation.
• Assist with medication management and administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as team members and management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
