About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant at its Barron, Wisconsin location. The role supports residents’ daily needs, provides personal care, administers medications as directed and in accordance with applicable regulations, and encourages participation in recreation and facility activities. Resident Assistants help build meaningful relationships and create a welcoming, supportive environment. Paid training is provided for applicants without previous healthcare experience. The listed shifts are NOC, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., and PM, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. The role requires working every other weekend and every other holiday.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
